BBC2 uncovers India's missing girls

Friday, 19th October

Every year tens of thousands of baby girls are killed in India, simply because of their gender. A BBC 2 programme on Monday will go behind India's scandal of millions of 'missing' girls, uncovering many instances of families murdering their own girls.

I saw ur show today..and it really breaks my heart to know that ppl Girl the new born babies in such a cruel manner. Babies are gift of life . people are so selfish that a little babies are just left to die Love is not there in everyone's hearts.

I wish i can do something.... Can i get in touch with Sandhya Reddy i really want to help the children there ..... I I might not be help ypou more in the financial way...but def i can do something for these children so they can see the other part of the world and learn few things.

india is a backward country just look at the caste system upper caste indians such as bollywood shetty live in a diffrent world while dalits are raped and killed daliy . india will only shine when a dalit child has the same oppunities as a brahmin child
