Well ....they say better late than never!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thank God its all coming to ahead now and finally someone has taken the courage to get rid of that old hag of a dinasour (without prejudice) Vijay Sharma.
If only someone can go over the audit accounts of the Asian Network to see its a piss pot token gesture of a service .......its about time new talent is drafted in to make this service reputable and commercialy viable!

Who said anything about "new talent"? Mark Thompson's making cuts. They're going to get the cleaners to double-up as editors, as well. And, to be fair, there's plenty hygiene technicians who have been to film school in their spare time.

I wish Thompson would follow Greg Dyke's changes after John Birt had turned the BBC into one giant accountancy firm. He fired most of the useless "middle-tier" and used the savings to make television programmes, instead. Shame left.
