Acting agents

For all budding and established
thespians out there making some
noise, can anyone recommend good
agents or management companies
for professional representation??

I will of course quote any referals
and maybe you can negotiate a
referral fee with the agent / company,
after all, they do make a living taking
their share of the pie!!!
