Developing tv project

We are in development stages of an exciting TV project which we believe has the potentials,and the need to be BIG. Looking to be pitched at network big wigs via all avenues, it is best described as a 'spoof-o-mentary' with hidden depth and meaning. Behind the project is an immense belief and passion, and much experience and energy on our shoulders to bring our vision to life.
We are requiring various services:
1) Professional PRINT GRAPHIC DESIGNER: We have a specific design brief for some publicity + marketing material we need drafted in line with the TV Project, promotional package design experience would be a god send!
2) Film + editing person, ideally an individual who can help with the video promo, this does not require too much of the flash + big crews, but we do have a specific brief once again.
3) As an addition, anyone with experience of having commissioned TV projects with networks for any tips, advice, and general feedback from your experience. Am willing to pay for consultancy service for the right person.
4) At a later stage of development we may also be requiring contact with independent TV/Film Production companies to be on board at the pitching stage so if you can recomend any names, this would be much appreciated.
And of course, we are not here blagging for freebies, although we have convinced many to part services for free at this stage (i knew that NLP course was value for money!!!)
But seriously, quotes for your services are required to give us a run down of costs, we don't believe in devaluing professionals by expecting anyone to work for free, whilst at the same time we have no time for anyone just wishing to make a fast buck!
ps: at this stage we believe in the project so much that we are funding our own campaign to be used as part of the full pitch. Once commissioned, the use of your services may also be required for bespoke involvement and it is always good to maintain relations for our network.
