Writing competition

The Asian Writer New Writing Competition is for: poems of up to 40 lines, max of three; fiction of up to2,500 words, max of three. It is particularly aimed at encouraging British Asian writers. All short listed entries will be published on our blog, with the winning entries published on our website and in the new Annual. Free entry,open to all, for an entry form visit www.theasianwriter.co.uk Closing date: 12th December 2008

oooh interesting... does that mean I can submit 3 entries and 1 will win or will it be judged on all three entries?

nope. Simply put it means one person can enter three times (three stories or poems). Most have only submitted one though. Of course, it doesn't mean we're only accepting three entries in total lol.

You can do it that way, but each entry (whether its a poem or short story) will need to be listed on the entry form. If you've got any other queries I'll happily answer them on email at info@theasianwriter.co.uk
