Cutting edge asian fashion / dress designer

I am looking for Cutting Edge Fashion Designer/Dress Maker that is able to make a dress that I have created for my entry to the NEC British Asian Fashion Designer '06.

Preferably in the Midlands area, for the NEC Young Fashion Designer of the Year '06.

I am looking for someone with a unique talent and a natural flair for fashion/design and can confirm to creating a dress to my requirements. If you are willing to travel then please contact me.

Due to the stringent time constraints that the event organisers have imposed. I would need someone who is extremely flexible.

Alternatively, I will still be looking at creating my design in time for the Asian Music Awards December '06 and would like the dress to be created specifically for that event.
