    Priyanka vs Bipasha

    I havent seen their new movie yet but just out of interest, who does everyone prefer - Priyanka or Bips?

    I like Bipasha - she looks great and out of the two, she is the stronger actress!

    they are both stunning and have the talent to make it really big and steal the crown from Ash. I liked Bipasha in Raaz and Jism.

    Priyanka has done some great performances as well like in Aitraaz.

    Acting wise, they are both confident and strong. I would need to see Barsaat which stars the both of them to see which is the better actress

    bipasa is attractive.priyanka is not but she is hard working and a good actress.

    they both r good but I would not watch a movie just based on them being there.

    twinkle-they r definetly better than ash in terms of acting

    ash gave a good convinving perofrmance in raincoat but that's it. ash is eye candy and a excellent graceful dancer but that's about it.

    she had an excellent dance teacher so did I. Have never come across anyone like that.Lata surender.she totally condems filmi dance but learning the classical from her brings grace

    i think with ash it depends on the director she works with
    Sanjay leela bansali brought out the best in her in hum dil de chuke sanam and devdas which saw her won all the national awards. I liked her in Taal too as she was under Subash Ghai's direction. but ur right, she is a faboulous dancer and looks glamorous but thats a bout it

    Katrina i do actually think Priyanka is attractive- the problem is that she does have this tendency to have the same look in all her films- it gets a bit boring after a while.

    I really wanna see Barsaat though cos it looks good and has a great soundtrack. Plus this is Bipasha's first commercial/masala film (as she has only restricted to specialist ones in the past like Raaz, Rudraksh, Rakht etc). Her role in Barsaat was originally offered to Ash, but ash was unable to do it cos of her dates etc. So it would be interesting to see Bips play her role.

    She was even offered Rani Mukerjee's role in The Rising but turned it down

    Yes, the Barsaat soundtrack is amazing! Actually, Ash was finalised for The rising but later dropped by the makers in favour of Rani. V.unpro!

    the only problem with ash is she might act but doens't convince that she is that character we r watching. at the back of the mind we r watching ash not the character.

    aparently barsat is not doing well.I am looking forward to a good comedy this yr.

    Priyanka in Aitraz - "Come on Raj, Love me Raj, Come on" (I was wetting myself laughing)

    Bipasha in Jism and nearly every other film - look at me i'm so sexy beacuse i come out of water almost nangi and look like I give good head beacuse i always ahve my mouth open a little bit in a pouty kind of way!>!

    Aw asian butterfly, why so harsh? For that matter, what about Ash mumbling her dialogues and always putting her chin to her chest and then looking up when she dances (hard to explain but every single dance she does, she does it!)

    These two arent premiere league but they entertain nonetheless and that is pasia vasool!

    Have to agree with Twinkle when she says Priyanka does have a tendancy of looking "same-y same" (albeit very attractive).

    However, I saw some pics of the Barsaat party in India and Bipasha did NOT look very...erm...appealing? VERY bizarre eye makeup !

    Still, both good actresses...

    Ash? Stunning looking - but not as powerful an actress as Rani/Preity/Kajol - who are all gorgeous AND great actresses (in my humble opinion).
    Ash is a trained Kathak dancer - probs explains her amazing dance moves?

    Some ladies should stick to being miss world/universe.
    HOWEVER, the one exception to the rule HAS to be Sushmita Sen? Gorgeous (ex Miss Universe) AND a fantastic actress?

    ...comparing Bipasha and Priyanka is about as pointless as comparing a Banana and an Orange...both have their unique a-peel (ouch...), one you can squeeze until the "Bips" come out (ouch again...), and the other is a sex object who I'd like to unzip anytime...(touche...and ouch again...)

    Only film I have seen Priyanka in is Aitraaz and her pathetic attempts at portraying a femme fatale were laughable at best.

    Bipasha although attractive isn't much better in the acting stakes, how she is held up as some kind of sex symbol is beyond me.

    Oh my god, this thread is nearly a year old and has been resurrected out of nowhere!!!

    So much for Barsaat, great songs, terrible movie!

    New debate - who looks hotter in Karan Johar's Kabhi Alvida Naa Kehna? Rani or Preity? Both look wicked in the promos and apparently, they've been using Dior and Vuitton as part of the wardrobe - a far cry from the frocks and frills of the early 90's!

    (BTW, i prefer Preity's look as it is different while Rani is a bit samey)

    Yes, Abhisheik does seem to be doing the modern angry/moody type these days.

    Let's hope his Umrao Jaan will show some range!

    BTW not too impressed with Priyanaka in the Krrish trailor - don't know why, but she just doesnt cut it for me...

    Fanaa was fabulous. the songs, the acting and I loved Rishi in the movie, thought he was amazing.

    great comeback for Kajol who has come back slimmer, prettier and with better clothes, shame she hasn't plucked her eyebrows!

    Have you guys seen the Arjun- Manisha movie Moksh? It is very good, it was the first rampal film i saw and thought the guy was talented. Since then he has done nothing of note and i doubt he'll rock in KANK. Seriously though, Moksh is a great movie and beautiful songs!

    I'm sorry, but Rang De and Fanaa, though overall good entertaining films, are not Aamir at his best. As a teacher would say: Can do better!!
