PRAAVAH, fasting must be tough for a bobby on the job. I can remember years back two of my mates stuck it out all the way thru, and one used to work nights...he lost a lot of weight but he NEVER moaned or bitched about anything.

Shekhs pravaah, I know what you mean. To be honest, its painful for the 1st few days, but when you realise how your changing for the better, behaviour wise, health wise, it really becomes a part of you.

I lose a good half stone to a stone depending on my work during Ramadan, but I have till date never missed em, the entire month. I feel so damn humble at the end that I miss them? As much kanjar'ing I do for the rest of the year (you know exactly what I mean bro ;-).....) I do tend to look forward to having this spiritual period to myself away from the vices of life. Spiritually, best experience ever in my opinion...
