B4U Network, which airs the B4U and B4U Music television channels are launching a yearly magazine.
The broadcaster told AIM Magazine this week that it would be offered as a ‘yearly edition of B4U in print media’.
Bollywood Glitz will be distributed globally to India, U.S.A, UK and UAE in the Middle East.
Kevin Rego, B4U’s Network Head of Sales and Marketing, said: “In the midst of B4U Television’s 10 Year anniversary, we are extremely thrilled to venture into print media and launch the Bollywood Glitz magazine.”
“The magazine will cater to Bollywood fans worldwide and be the ultimate source for star studded interviews and features. We are proud to introduce another medium of B4U and I am sure that our commitment and specialism in Bollywood entertainment will continue to grow.”
Bollywood Glitz will also have a focus on Asian music worldwide. It will be available in stores from October 2009.
B4U’s magazine however would compete with more established competitors.
Zee TV launched its own magazine in 2004 and distributes it to all subscribers as well as selling it at news-stands.
