Singer Mumzy releases debut video to single
August 21, 2009

Singer Mumzy, a protege of producer Rishi Rich, releases two music videos to his singles, this week.

The singer has released two promo singles so far: ‘Stranger’ and ‘Let’s Party’.

He recently released the video to ‘One More Dance’, and now ‘Showgirl’.

The newer singles have been produced by his mentor and producer Rishi Rich, and co-written by Veronica, Rishi and Mumzy. Another single called ‘Runaway’ is also due for release.

Mumzy has become a regular fixture at Asian music events across the country, partly thanks to the contacts list of Rishi Rich.

Born Muhammad Mumith Ahmed, he started by MCing and rapping to UK Garage but has now started singing and crooning to more soulful vocals.

He was signed after being shortlisted at a BBC Asian Network radio talent contest for unsigned artists.
